Config Tree ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Chleopatra mobile application. This document informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our service, specifically concerning sensitive device permissions.

1. Camera Usage and Facial Data

Chleopatra requires access to your device's camera (android.permission.CAMERA) to provide its core functionality: facial and aesthetic analysis. When you initiate a scan, the app captures images of your face.

• Purpose: These images are securely transmitted to our backend servers strictly to generate your personalized analysis report.
• Data Retention & Sharing:We don't store your facial images after generating the analysis report. Moreover, we process these images only in real-time. We do not sell your biometric data or photos to third parties, nor do we use them for public training datasets without explicit consent.

2. Account and Financial Data

To manage your in-app wallet, credits, and subscriptions, we collect basic profile information (such as your email address) upon registration. All financial transactions are processed securely through Google Play Billing. Config Tree does not collect, process, or store your raw credit card information.

3. Data Security

We prioritize the security of your data. All communication between the Chleopatra app and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard protocols (HTTPS) to prevent unauthorized interception.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
